Good evening, Recruits.
As I will be away in the outer rim temporarily, Darth Ordaerus has agreed to provide the introductory recruit event to Lokaros and Zal'Tenna. I require that both of these recruits be present at the event on Dromund Kaas at the SerraTek offices at 9pm est SHARP. Coordinates will be provided. Please remember to respond if you cannot attend at this time, and other arrangements will be made.
If Shado, Khroe, Zha'Shi, Datxyn, or Saa'sha feel they need a refresher, they are welcome to join as well, but their attendance is not required.
Thankyou,
~Headmistress Vurumai

((Has my sniper Hiroyuki attended this event? I am not sure if the first event he went to was the Introductory one.))

Does the event that Hiroyuki attended where introductions were made, the recruits shared their past, and had a physical done count as the intro event. I'm trying to figure if he needs to attend tonight, because I may be late or busy taking care of some tings around my house.

((As he is an alt he doesn't need to attend any of the recruit events. So you're good either way.))

((Ah, I wasn't sure how it worked with alts that we wanted to get into the Company/ Roleplay them as a part of SerraTek.))

As an additional note: Adasis, you should be attending the recruit events as your instructor, so that we can make sure the Students get all different views from our various teachers!

I will come on Adasis then. ((How does it work then if I am trying to bring an alt into the company and rp them?))

(( In my mind, from an RP perspective, SerraTek employs more people than we see as player characters. Our players are the principles in the RP story that is SerraTek, but there are many other contracted mercenaries, accountants, middle management, etc. that we don't really see or hear about. These can be an alt's recruitment class classmates.
If you want to introduce an alt you can always work with other players to develop reason why your character signed on with SI.
I've always thought of alts as being introduced in media res. You can kind of backstory their recruitment in. Or you can keep then eternally in a lowly apprentice recruit position. E.g. Gnostika. As long as you're not god-modding anything you should be fine.
Let me know about your alt in a PM, and maybe we can brainstorm a reason to be with SI together!))

((Indeed. Alternatively, having your alt RPed in is great, I look forward to conducting that myself, but we haven't seen much of the instructor around recently.))
